My friends and I pooled our money together today and bought an instant lottery ticket I've never tried before. Based on crossword puzzles, we had to be able to get at least three words in the puzzle to make our $2.00 investment back. I scratched all of the silver covering to reveal the letters available to me. I started circling those letters on the pre-made crossword puzzle on the card. I got one word, then two words.."I've got three words," I yelled. But wait, I found a fourth word. I got up to six words on the card and we won $25.00. I don't buy them often but this was the first big win playing instant lotto. While we split our winnings between the three of us, it was still a quick hit of excitment.
