Day 70

It's a place you'd pass right be if someone didn't tell you to stop. Sam's Oassis is run by Sam from Jordan. He cooks in the kitchen which is located behind the counter. He's got a face that would work in an animated cartoon - round, smiling and friendly. The food he makes is lebanese, fresh and tasty. While I've been visiting my friends in Grand Rapids for over 20 years, this was the first time I've ever been in this restaurant. Sam said his restaurant has been in this location for 12 years and downtown for 9 years. This just goes to show that there's always a good restaurant to discover even when it's been around for years.
